Miramar Designs welcomes the opportunity to assist retail fixture and POP display companies looking to outsource specific component parts and/or fully assembled displays, particularly when it comes to our unique insert injection molding.
Our unique method of insert injection molding allows you to add value to your display/fixture projects. By utilizing “insert tooling” in existing mold bases, Miramar Designs will produce custom OEM parts in faster than normal tool lead times; with significantly lower tooling cost (you only pay for the inserts); and, even when quantities are as low as 100 parts.
We can also assist with in-house tooling design and build; part decorating and hot stamping, and other ancillary services, including assembly.

- Maximum Length is 41"
- Maximum square inches is 600 square inches
Wall Thickness
Up to .187" wall thickness
Small parts - we prefer .080” - .100” wall thickness
Medium/Large parts - we prefer a .125” wall thickness
Part Complexities
- Part depth up to 3.5" deep (cored part)
- Require a minimum 10-degree draft
- We can mold in shut-offs, which can create tabs for graphics or to hold a cord, etc.
