Complex Challenge:
Quickly update previous Miramar Designs Countertop Solutions 10’free standing displays with new graphics, and a new product mix, while keeping in-store down time to a minimum.
Simple Solution:
Miramar Designs produced four new slide-in Product Presentation Panels. Each style of Panel has a unique series of extruded channels to accept changeable graphics; and a set of metal channels that allow individual product samples to be quickly turned over. Graphic and product sample updates were completed within one hour. The entire changeover, including the replacement of the Product Presentation Panels, took less than three hours.
Success Story:
The request to upgrade existing displays that were produced 5 years earlier was successfully fulfilled. The entire program was completed and shipped on time to more than 1,000 stores and included a sample/graphic product mix that varied by location.
